I’m Julia Samudra - an international Kundalini Yoga teacher (KRI certified, trained at Karam Kriya School, London) with a mission to bring ancient practices into our fast-paced world.
After 15 years building a successful career in tech and marketing, I know what it means to chase success, carry stress, and live the high-achiever lifestyle.
Yoga and meditation have been my foundation for resilience, clarity, and growth, and today I share these teachings with those who need them most.
I work with entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives who want practical, transformative tools to reduce stress, find balance, and reconnect with themselves. And for spiritual seekers, my approach bridges tradition with modern life - offering grounded practices that are both accessible and deeply transformative.
I am also training as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Counsellor, deepening my knowledge of how trauma shapes the nervous system and the brain. This path allows me to integrate therapeutic understanding into my work, creating a safe, grounded space for healing and transformation.
My teaching blends Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, and meditation with a modern lens, always tailored to the needs of today.
It’s not just yoga — it’s a technology for regulating your nervous system, releasing what no longer serves you, and awakening resilience and your own inner power.
I believe healing begins with wholeness - not by avoiding the parts of us we hide, but by integrating them.
