I’m Julia Samudra - an international Kundalini Yoga teacher (KRI certified, trained at Karam Kriya School, London) with a mission to bring ancient practices into our modern, fast-paced world.
For over a decade, yoga and meditation have been my foundation for healing, growth, and resilience.
Today, I share these teachings with a clear focus: mental wellbeing, emotional balance, and living with purpose.
I am also training as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Counsellor, deepening my knowledge of how trauma - from PTSD and CPTSD to toxic stress - shapes the nervous system and the brain. This path allows me to integrate a therapeutic understanding of trauma into my work, creating a safe grounded space for healing and transformation.
Balancing my career in marketing & tech with my spiritual path, I understand first-hand the pressure of high-achieving lifestyles. That’s why my classes and workshops are designed for professionals and seekers who want practical, transformative tools - to reduce stress, find clarity, and reconnect with themselves.
My teaching weaves together tradition and modernity: powerful Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, and meditation adapted to the needs of today.
